Terms and conditions

We make every effort to make your experience at our Centre a successful and happy one, but we must point out the following terms and conditions of your booking.

All new clients must start with an assessment lesson. You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your lesson to complete our paperwork.

New clients must pay for the lesson in full prior to the lesson booking being confirmed.

We operate a strict cancellation policy. We require 24 hour notice of a cancellation on a weekday or full payment will be required, and 48 hours at weekends or full payment will be required.

Our weight limit is 13st.

Body protectors are compulsory for cross country and recommended for show jumping.

Hats to current safety standards and appropriate footwear must be worn.

While we try our best to book a particular horse or instructor for you, this is not always possible and we cannot guarantee a particular horse or instructor will be available.

New clients are required to join a scheme we are associated with called the Equine Club. There are many benefits of joining, the main one being personal accident and public liability insurance. It costs just £20 for an adult and £15 for a child for the whole year and is payable on the first lesson. For more information please give the office a call or visit www.equineclub.co.uk.

We are primarily a training centre and do not offer hacking, other than a woodland walk around our grounds.
