JOIN THE CONTESSA TEAM
Opportunity for a working student to work towards BHS/ABRS/NVQ exams at Contessa Riding Centre. We train up to BHSI, ABRS ATD and NVQ level 3. This position would suit someone starting on the training ladder, looking to achieve their first teaching qualification.

We work a 5 1/2 day week, 8am-5pm (8.30am-5pm 2 days a week), with one evening per week (for which extra time off is given during the day). Your training will include a minimum of 6 hours per week riding, stable management teaching practice etc., you will also receive a small wage. On site self-catering accommodation is available.

We have a wide range of horses to learn on, from novice horses right up to Grand Prix level. Our main focus is dressage, but we also hold monthly show jumping clinics with John Adams (which students are encouraged to join in on), and one of our senior instructors at Contessa, Sarah Ganney. We have an extensive schedule of events, which is available to view on our website, giving students the opportunity to get involved in many different equestrian disciplines, including side-saddle and vaulting to name a few!
