An Introduction to ‘Rider Fitness’ with Helen – a two-hour un-mounted session aimed at gaining/improving rider fitness and core stability and it’s importance. Theory and practical. £15

Aloe Vera Product Launch - Sarah Ganney will be back at Contessa for the day to show you a range of products that can benefit the whole family, animals included! She will be available to talk about the benefits of aloe vera, and let you try them out for yourselves, so come and say hi, have a catch up and give your skin a little TLC at the same time! Sarah will also be giving a short presentation on aloe vera and Forever Living products at 1pm

Intermediate Dressage Course – a course for the ambitious rider aimed at how to work the horse correctly and lateral movements – 2 rides and lectures. £60

Pole work Day course – improve your flatwork and balance with the use of ground poles. Can also be used as an introduction to jumping – Includes 2 rides and lectures. £55

BHS Stage 1/11 Training Day and Mock Exam – excellent for those preparing to take exams or just wanting to gauge where they are up to. Also suitable for those taking an NVQ or ABRS tests. Includes theory, practical and assessments (ridden and stable management). £60

‘Confidence Boosting’ Day Course – a day designed specifically for those wanting to improve their confidence whilst riding and/or working with the horse on the ground. Includes 2 rides £60

Video Afternoon – Improving your position and awareness of your problems using the video camera. Includes a videoed ride, playback, followed by a second ridden session to see if you can correct the problems you have been made aware of. £60

EVENING CLASSES

 Adult evening class schedule

Monday nights 7.15-8.45pm will be a dressage lesson with Sarah.

Tuesdays 7-8pm Tina will be taking a dressage lesson

Wednesday will continue with Jade as an Intermediate/Advanced flatwork lesson 7-8pm working on position, feel and effectiveness.

Thursday nights with Amy 7.15-8.15pm  are aimed at the ambitious pleasure rider, wanting to improve their riding .
